"Customer Service - impeccable"
I bought a really nice bracelet for an anniversary present but unfortunately found they were out of stock. I messaged their customer service on the off chance they could help as I was set on buying this one. Incredible response from a lady called Kirsty Clemmence. Literally cannot thank you enough Kirsty for sourcing the last one from one of your boutiques and ensuring it was delivered to me before the anniversary! Kirsty was incredibly helpful and kept me posted throughout to ensure I received the bracelet. Honestly never come across such amazing customer service. Kirsty is a real asset to Carat and has definitely made me plan to come back and spend more with Carat. Thank you Kirsty!

Customer service (by Stephen) was brilliant! The earrings I originally ordered wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas, so I ordered another size. Stephen was very responsive and clearly explained what I needed to do. The earring ms arrived within a couple of days of ordering! The refund for the original order came through quickly too! Would definitely recommend, thanks again!

Just had a little ray of sunshine in this difficult time thanks to Customer Services team. I got in a muddle over birthdays and they kindly helped me out so feeling happier. Love the products bringing a little bit of sparkle into my life.

Terrible customer service. My daughter ordered me a ring for my birthday in September but it was never received. They insisted it had been delivered to the shipping address but the delivery picture didn't match the shipping address. Later they said it had been delivered to three doors away, but they had no knowledge of a delivery and again the delivery picture did not match their address either. I have emailed customer service ( Leanne ) on several occasions and told them to check what I am saying on Google maps but I only receive an automatic response and no reply or refund. My daughter has spent hundreds of pounds with this company, mainly at their retail outlets but will not be buying anything from them again.
