I’d been browsing Carat London for a while and finally decided to order a piece. The packaging was nice, and I tried it on pretty much straight away. In daylight it has a really lovely sparkle, not too flashy, but enough that it catches your eye. I’ve already had a couple of compliments on it, which is always a good sign. It does feel a little lighter than I thought it would when you first hold it, and I probably would’ve liked it to feel a bit more solid, but once it’s on, it looks great. Overall I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars

I really liked the designs, they’re simple but still have that slightly fancy feel without being too much. Everything looks modern and easy to wear day to day, which is exactly what I was after. I got my bracelet from Carat London it’s lovely. The stones are set really neatly, the clasp feels secure, and it doesn’t feel flimsy at all. I’ve worn it a few times now and it still looks just as clean as when it arrived. The little details are done really well. Very happy with it.

I ordered from Carat London i was a bit gutted I had to return it because the size just wasn’t quite right. Sending it back was straightforward, though I did have to wait a few days for them to confirm they’d received it. The refund came through after about a week, which felt a little slow, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Customer service did reply when I chased them up, so overall it was still a decent experience. I’d probably order again, just wish the sizing had worked out and the refund had been a bit quicker.

"Still a favorite, even with a little wear"
I bought a ring from Carat London a few months back i’ve been wearing it most days since. I’m probably a bit biased because I really love their style and the ring just suits my everyday look, but it has held up well so far. No loose stones or anything worrying, which I’m happy about. The only thing is there’s a tiny bit of wear showing on the band now, though it’s not super noticeable. I’d give it 5 stars if it had stayed looking perfect for a bit longer, but overall I’m still really pleased with it

Terrible customer service. My daughter ordered me a ring for my birthday in September but it was never received. They insisted it had been delivered to the shipping address but the delivery picture didn't match the shipping address. Later they said it had been delivered to three doors away, but they had no knowledge of a delivery and again the delivery picture did not match their address either. I have emailed customer service ( Leanne ) on several occasions and told them to check what I am saying on Google maps but I only receive an automatic response and no reply or refund. My daughter has spent hundreds of pounds with this company, mainly at their retail outlets but will not be buying anything from them again.
